My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, unfortunately, fell short of expectations with cleanliness and maintenance issues, but the service was exceptional. The location was pleasant despite a minor setback with the pool temperature. The dining experience had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had reserved a room with my credit card and confirmed it before driving from Atlanta. Unfortunately, the room was infested with roaches, had no view of the ocean, but was above average in size.
The hotel provided us with a mixed experience. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable, but not quite what we reserved. The service was incredible, despite some unconventional uniform choices. The location was ideal, yet the cold pool was a downside.
